FALL 2011 - Rag & Bone

 

Rag & Bone is not 100% my style but i really liked this colection. They were very in love about the colors and the paterns looked amazing. The colection was very enegetic with that bue and orange but they made a contrast using white and the tweed. The y are not my stile but it was a good colection and would love to see it on the streets.

FALL 2011 - Jason Wu

UAU...Untill now it is the best colection in NY fashion week. Best colection (in my opinion) of Jason Wu. The colors, the fabrics, the cut, the runway. Everything was perfect.
Lets start with the first look, Daphne wore it perfecly, i love the pants, the shirt and the jacket(the fabric was so expensive and rich), some of the looks that calld my atention were the lace ones and my favourite was the Valerra look with red lace top and black pants (die for). The evening dresses were spectacular too and the last one was outstanding.

 

FALL 2011 - Christian Siriano

The so not new newcomer designer had since the beging the glamour and chic atitute on his way. But nothing special heapening on this comection.
First he did something not alike compared what he did on lasts seasons and PROJECT RUNWAY.
Second I just saw Ricardo Tisci when I saw the first part of the colection, the jackets, the fur, the pants.
Third he didn´t use his best tecnics in colection and last the fabrics weren´t really good.
The positive thing about the colection was the last part, with the beautiful dresses with great tecnic but the problem was that it was the only good thing.
Next season he has the come back to the begining and make amazing thing as ever.

 

Fall 2011 - BCBG Max Azria

New York fashion week started in a really great way. BCBG had great colors and great shapes, i was hping a little bit more of cocktail dresses but in genereal was a really positive colection. I liked the use of cream clors and some oranges, the belts and the fish points of the jacket dresses were just inpecable, last but not the least I have to talk about the brwn fur jacked, it was so stuning that for it self made the colection heapening.

I´m really hoping that he creates the other 2 labels (Max Azria and Hervé Ledger) on the same way that he made this one.

FASHION WEEK

So im super exited about this f/w fashion week!! I will start to make some posts about the colections and the critiques!

I´m hoping to see this stuning face in the runways this season. Work it COCO ROCHA!!

I just want it, i just need it...

I just think that JILL SANDER spring colection is perfect for any type of editorial. Its so stuning and fierce. The colors are stuning and in the photos we see a detail in one of my favourite looks and some nice clothes from the colection.

Emmanuelle Alt

Really sad to say (as everyone knows) Carin Roitfeld is not in Vogue Paris anymore.
Emmanuelle Alt is the new editor-in-chief of the magazine but im not really happy. Firsts because i dont think that it is the right decision from Carine but i was rooting for Anna Dello Russo for the new spot.
I hope Emmanuelle do a great job in her new work, she starts in February 1st!

COVER part 1

So here is the cover of Vogue Italia. Its so so stuning and Arizona is the spotlight. The energy, the chaos and the perfection.

EDITORIAL part 2

The January issue of Vogue Italia is amazing. This editorial is the best of 2011 so far. A great cast where we can highlight  Freja Beha (with this editorial she get her 3rd Vogue Italia cover) and Arizona Muse (her 1st cover).
This editorial is so nostalgic, its all about the fashion yesterday and how they saw the future, my favourite photo is no dout the 2nd and the last with Freja on the TV. Its perfect, almost better than water and oil.
